Country
Country, sometimes also called hillbilly, is a music genre that was born in the Southern United States as a result of merging of folk, blues and gospel music. Its quick evolvement has begun in 1920s, and then counrty was very popular until 1970s.
Country is usually described as "Cowboy songs" or "American music", songs of white immigrants and cowboys. Usually it tells about loneliness, love and common people's daily life. Music is based on guitar and banjo, and rarely violin.
