MySpace webservice revealed its top eight most popular acts and most watched music videos of 2008. The first chart was topped by Gorillaz, the second – by Madonna’s music video 4 Minutes.

Biography

The French duo Justice is very well known to lovers of high quality electronic music all over the world. The band was formed back in 2003 and it found its popularity and acknowledgment pretty soon, because Gaspard Augé and Xavier de Rosnay proved to everyone that they could both make awesome remixes and also create their own excellent music. The musicians’ career started with the remix contest, where the duo presented their version of Simian's composition Never Be Alone. Justice managed to impress listeners; however the band did not win the contest. But in this very case the participation proved to be much more important then the victory itself – the duo was noticed by the owner of label Ed Banger Records Pedro Winter, also known to music lovers as Busy P (actually he was the first manager of the legendary group Daft Punk).
