The XX have won Mercury Prize 2010
British indie rockers The XX have become the winner’s of this year's Mercury Prize. "It's just felt like every day we've woken up to something incredible that we just weren't expecting", said the band's singer Oliver Sim.
Corey Taylor sees no reason for Slipknot to continue
Slipknot frontman revealed that for him "it doesn't make sense to continue the band" following the death of bassist Paul Gray. "To me, Paul was such an integral part of the band", said he.
Rihanna will release new album in November
Rihanna announced plans to release new album. Titled Loud, it will hit the stores this November. "I'm gonna miss the Rated R era too, but nothing compares to the album I just made", said Rihanna.
