Lionel Messi added that Noel's brother, Oasis' singer Liam Gallaher is portrayed by another Barcelona player – but he refused to say by whom exactly.

"Our disguise is based on how Oasis looked in the mid-90s. We have our wigs, clothes and glasses sorted. I also spent a lot of time getting the mannerisms right", claimed he.

Earlier Lionel Messi revealed that he became Oasis fan during the FIFA World Cup 2010. According to his words, it happened after his teammate Carlos Tevez "forced him" to listen to Oasis.

"On the plane on the way to the World Cup Carlitos made me listen to their first two albums. I have to say I wasn't expecting much but it is some of the best material I have ever heard", said Lionel Messi.

Compilation of Oasis' best hits titled Time Flies… hit the stores in June. It includes all the singles that band has released during its 15-year career, starting from their debut Supersonic and also featuring such tracks as Wonderwall, Stop Crying Your Heart Out, Cigarettes & Alcohol and All Around The World (however, compilation not features 2000's Sunday Morning Call).
