Foo Fighters’ leader Dave Grohl has joined forces with Queens Of The Stone Age's frontman Josh Homme and Led Zeppelin's bassist John Paul Jones to form the new band. They are currently working together in the studio in Los Angeles – however, ex-Nirvana drummer refused to explain what fans can expect from them.
There were rumors about their collaboration since 2005, but the trio started to work together only last week. The Spinnerette's singer and Josh Homme’s wife Brody Dalle said: «I'm not at liberty to talk about it… but I think the project is pretty fucking amazing. Just beats and sounds like you've never heard before».
Dave Grohl was named among Led Zeppelin's possible singers when the band discussed the replacement of Robert Plant.
Foo Fighters released their last record, Echoes, Silence, Patience & Grace, in 2007.
