Franz Ferdinand are going to rerelease BloodFranz Ferdinand's recrod Blood, the dub version of their last album Tonight: Franz Ferdinand, will get a full release in June. This record features dub mixes of the band’s songs. New edition of album will also include an additional song Be Afraid.

Blood was originally released in January along with limited edition of Tonight: Franz Ferdinand. 500 vinyl copies of Blood hit the stores this month to celebrate Record Store Day, which took place on April 18.

Blood was produced by Dan Carey, who previously worked with Hot Chip and Lily Allen.

Earlier it was announced that Franz Ferdinand will release a single together with Dutch punk band De Kift. According to the band’s frontman Alex Kapranos, they have «exchanged covers» - Franz Ferdinand performed the song Heisa Ho, which is sung in Dutch, while De Kift covered Franz Ferdinand’s composition Love And Destroy.
