Kurt Cobain exhibition opens in SeattleA special exhibition in memory of Kurt Cobain has opened yesterday in Seattle. It features different artwork inspired by late Nirvana frontman. Named simply Kurt, it will work until September 6.

The list of artwork presented at the exhibition features such items as carved cardboard bust of Kurt Cobain or his image composed of glass fragments. Exposition also includes a collection of rare photos which shows Nirvana members before they became famous.

At the same time, the filming of Nirvana biopic is set to begin in the near future. Titled All Apologies, the movie is produced by Cobain’s wife Courtney Love. Recent rumors claimed that she has chosen Robert Pattinson, known for his role in Twilight series, to play Kurt. It was also said that Courtney wants Scarlett Johansson to portray herself.

However, Courtney Love denied these reports. According to her words, she will name actors later.

Courtney Love and her band Holes are currently preparing for the tour across Britain in support of the recently released album Nobody’s Daughter.
