Lady GaGa is "honored" to perform at MTV VMALady GaGa spoke about her upcoming performance at MTV Video Music Awards. Singer – who will open the program – promised that her appearance onstage will turn into a "show to remember". She also claimed that she feels "honored" to be performing at the ceremony.

"I'm really very honored and excited to open the show. But I won't reveal anything; I want it to be a surprise. It will be a continuation of everything I've been doing, and it will be exactly what they want. I'm pretty good at knowing what my fans want me to do", said Lady GaGa.

Among other artists set to participate in MTV Video Music Awards are Beyonce, Adele, Bruno Mars, Lil Wayne, Chris Brown and Young The Giant.

Also, Nicki Minaj and Rihanna announced that music video for their joint single Fly will be premiered during MTV Video Music Awards ceremony.

Talking about the video, Nicki Minaj said: "We're going to save the world in more ways than one with the video and that's all I can say about that… I love Rihanna! I mean, when she's not grabbing my ass she's a real sweet girl".
