Lana Del Rey revealed plans to re-release her debut studio effort. Titled simply Lana Del Ray, it hit the stores in 2010. The record was produced by David Kahne, who is famous for his work with Paul McCartney, Stevie Nicks, Regina Spektor and others. New version will become available later this year.
Talking about reissue, Lana Del Rey said: "People act like it's so shrouded in mystery, the forgotten terrible album. But if you look on YouTube, all 13 tracks are available with millions of views, so it's not like no-one's heard them. We were all proud of it. It's pretty good".
Lana Del Rey also claimed that her upcoming second album Born To Die was inspired by such artists as Nirvana, Frank Sinatra, Bob Dylan and Eminem.
