US rapper Lil' Wayne denied rumors that Jay-Z signed him to his new record label Roc Nation and paid Lil's Wayne's current label Cash Money $5 million in order to secure the deal.
Lil' Wayne's record Tha Carter III became the fastest selling album in USA this year. His next disk Tha Carter IV will be released in 2009.
Roc Nation was established by Jay-Z earlier this year together with Live Nation company.
