Muse named new album’s release dateMuse announced that their fifth studio album The Resistance will hit the stores this September. They also confirmed that the track United States Of Eurasia will become the first single from it.

The band’s frontman Matt Bellamy also added that he could not name the release date for upcoming record, which he called «Classic FM friendly».

«A symphonic album has turned up here. There's definitely a few things on the album which are segueing into each other and it's all very orchestral, but that could take over the album, so it could actually be kind of classical act basically, and move away from rock all together», said he.

«I have been arranging the orchestral elements myself which is taking a long time due to my inexperience with large scale scoring, and I can not tell when everything will be done», added he.

The band’s last to date record Black Holes And Revelations was released in 2006.
