Chris Sharrock, who previously worked with Robbie Williams, joined Oasis. He replaced Zak Starkey, son of The Beatles member Ringo Starr. Starkey left Oasis after his falling-out with the band’s leader Noel Gallagher.
Oasis spokeperson explained: «Robbie Williams went on strike because of his conflict with record label, and Chris has had enough of sitting and not playing music».
Ironically, Oasis frontman Noel Gallagher once dismissed Robbie Williams as «the fat dancer from Take That».
