Radiohead unveiled the first photo from the series of shots that will be included in a special edition of their new The King Of Limbs album. Called "newspaper album" it will hit the stores in May and also feature both CD and vinyl versions of the record.
This photo (which you can see on the left) depicts the band in front of a famous oak in Wiltshire's Savernake Forest, which is said to be 1,000 years old. According to Radiohead, The King Of Limbs was named after this tree.
The King Of Limbs would be released later this week as a download. In the end of March it will come out both on CD and vinyl.
Earlier Thom Yorke described The King Of Limbs as "original" and "bright", adding that he liked the material that they have recorded.
Radiohead's last studio album In Rainbows hit the stores in 2007. The band also released two singles, Harry Patch (In Memory Of) and These Are My Twisted Words, in August 2009.
