Radiohead to release two new songsRadiohead announced plans to release two new songs. Titled Supercollider and The Butcher, they will hit the stores on April 16 to celebrate Record Store Day – international holiday aimed to "celebrate the art of music" and support independent music stores.

Both songs – which the band has played before during its gigs – will come out on vinyl.

The list of artists set to mark Record Store Day with their songs also includes Beastie Boys, Tinie Tempah, Gorillaz and many others. The View promised to release a cover of The Tweeds' track I Need That Record, calling it "official Record Store Day anthem".

Radiohead have recently released their new album The King Of Limbs on CD and vinyl. A deluxe edition, which the band called "newspaper album", will hit the stores in May, featuring both CD and vinyl as well as artwork sheets.

Thom Yorke described The King Of Limbs as "original" and "bright", adding that he liked the material that they have recorded.
