The Rolling Stones' guitarist Ronnie Wood announced plans to release new solo album in September. Titled I Feel Like Playing, it was recorded in collaboration with such musicians as former Guns N' Roses' guitarist Slash, Red Hot Chili Peppers' Flea and Pearl Jam's Eddie Vedder.
The list of guests on the album also features Kris Kristofferson, ZZ Top's Billy Gibbons, Bobby Womack and Faces' Ian McLagan.
I Feel Like Playing will become Ronnie Wood’s seventh solo studio effort. The previous one, named Not For Beginners, hit the stores in 2001. He also released solo compilation Ronnie Wood Anthology: The Essential Crossexion in 2006.
Ronnie Wood already posted one of the tracks from I Feel Like Playing, entitled Thing About You, on his official website.
