Famous English art rock band Roxy Music may release several new songs before going on a reunion tour next year. The band's frontman Bryan Ferry revealed that they did not have enough material for the album, but there are some tracks they would like to deliver to their fans.
"It's very, very hard to make a convincing record at this stage of your musical journey. Who wants to listen to albums any more? People listen to the tracks they like. Maybe we should do a track or to and do them as downloads. That will be an interesting approach", said he.
However, Bryan Ferry did not mention when the songs will be released.
Roxy Music band was formed in 1971. It attained success in Great Britain and Europe through the 1970's by releasing such albums as Roxy Music, For Your Pleasure, Stranded, Country Life and others. The band was credited as a source of inspiration by such musicians as David Bowie, Devo, Talking Heads, U2 and Coldplay.
