Upcoming performance will become Slipknot's first show since the death of bassist Paul Gray, who was found dead in a hotel room in Des Moines, Iowa in June 2010. According to toxicology tests, the cause of death was an accidental overdose.

"I don't know what the future entails. There's no talk of a new record. We all want to make a new record, but we need to do this show first. We need to get out there and we will", said Shawn Crahan.

He added: "I'll be in tears before we go on. No doubt, but the minute I put on that mask, it's on. We're guys who take this seriously and we're all going to be in tears".

Slipknot already claimed that their performance would feature a minute of silence to commemorate Paul Grey.

In March Slipknot announced that they have found someone to temporary replace Paul Gray. Donnie Steele is set to play with the band during its tour this summer. It is unknown if he stays with them further.

Donnie Steele was the original member of Slipknot, but left the band in 1996.

Slipknot last to date album All Hope Is Gone hit the stores in 2008.
