Slipknot are set to release special edition of their eponymous debut album this September. The remastered version of the record, which originally hit the stores in 1999, will come in a CD+DVD format.
CD will include 16 original tracks, as well as a number of demos, remixes and rare tracks. DVD, produced by the band’s Shawn Crahan and titled Of The: Your Nightmares, Our Dreams, is set to feature behind the scenes footage. It will also contain three music videos – Spit It Out, Wait And Bleed and special animated version of Wait And Bleed. Slipknot will play a special gig in their hometown Des Moines, Iowa, on the day of the album’s release.
Slipknot’s last record All Hope Is Gone was released in August 2008.
