The Dead Weather confirmed new album’s release dateJack White officially approved that Horehound – the new album by his side-project The Dead Weather – will hit the stores on July 14. The White Stripes' frontman also announced that today, on July 9, fans can listen to the record for free on the band’s official page in Facebook web service.

The band, which also features The Kills’ singer Alison Mosshart, as well as Queens Of The Stone Age and The Raconteurs members, was set to release new album in June. However, The Dead Weather decided to work a little more on it «to be sure everything is alright».

Earlier Jack White claimed he was not sure if he must go on tour with his new band. Singer is afraid that critics and fans will blame him for running too many musical projects at once.
