Members of English rock band Wild Beasts revealed details about their next studio effort. Titled Smother, the record is set to hit the stores in May. According to the statement by frontman Hayden Thorpe, it was influenced by pop duo Fuck Buttons and famous book Frankenstein by Mary Shelley.
Earlier Wild Beasts' guitarist Tom Fleming claimed that Smother helped the band to "spread wings". "The songs are more concise and direct than they've ever been, I think we've done that stuff better than ever before", added he.
Wild Beasts also revealed tracklisting for Smother. The record is set to feature ten tracks:
