Noel Gallagher is willing to collaborate with Coldplay
Former Oasis guitarist addressed other musicians saying that he is willing to record a duo with any of them. According to the musician, there is only one condition – the possible collaborator must be the one who "sells 50 million albums".

Barcelona footballers formed Oasis tribute band
Barcelona forward Lionel Messi revealed that he has formed Oasis tribute band. According to footballer's words, he plays guitarist Noel Gallaher, while Oasis' singer Liam Gallaher is portrayed by another Barcelona player.

Biography

The first lineup of this scandalously famous band consisted Paul Arthurs, Paul McGuigan and Toni McCarroll - all from The Rain band, which was renamed in Oasis after Liam Gallagher joined the command. In some time, Liam's elder brother Noel was added to the group - on the terms that he would become the soloist and major author of Oasis. Since that, Gallagher brothers were its unchangeable leaders. It proved to be problematic to break through in the British scene, but in 1993, the band received the invitation to perform in the King Tut's Wah Wah Hut club in Glasgow. However, the musicians had to fight to enter the club, as the security refused to let them in saying they were not in the list. The concert was worth it, as Oasis caught the attention of right people on the scene and signed a recoding contract. Soon after it, the first Britpop singles Columbia, Supersonic and Shakermaker saw light. In September 1994, the band released the brilliant album Definitely Maybe that made Oasis famous in all over Britain. The hit Live Forever was followed by the first, but no ways last incident, featuring Oasis members - they were to make gigs in the Netherlands, but after a fight on the ferry-boat the musicians were refused to enter the country. After rock single Cigarettes And Alcohol and a softer Whatever hit, Oasis toured the USA, where Noel and Liam had a serious argue.
