Biography
Famous rock band Rise Against was formed in late nineties in Chicago, but initially the group was named Transistor Revolt. Its first line-up included Tim McIlrath, Joe Principe Toni Tintari and Mr. Precision. At that period the band did not perform, however the musicians managed to record the self-titled EP Transistor Revolt in 2000. In 2001 the rockers changed the name into familiar for the music lovers nowadays Rise Against, signed the contract with independent label Fat Wreck Chords and started to work on their very first long play.

Continuing the previous work's attitude Appeal To Reason proves to be another political album from Rise Against pleasing with the musicians' even more powerful playing and easily pretending to be the year's best punk album
